Click on next for all configuration after installing.
After configuration, there will be a prompt below. Enter username and password given by Aglow.
Once it shows "Registered" you have to do additional configuration. Right click on the phone and click on settings.
go to the advanced tab.
uncheck the 2 codec shown in the picture below.
