(International) Callback can also be triggered using your registered handphone number. You can trigger calls from within Singapore and also from overseas, but do note that for the latter international SMS rates apply.

Following is the instructions for making an SMS callback for any registered handphone user on our system.

There are several options of Callback via the SMS mode. To trigger a Callback via SMS, please send an SMS to number: +65 97311359.

Please make sure that your mobile number has been registered with Aglow, otherwise, Aglow Callback will not respond.

• If you need to be connected automatically to the recipient's destination number from your registered mobile phone, simply put the words "Call ". The recipient destination number must be prefixed with the Country and City codes. You will receive a Callback and afer a short silence the recipient's destination number will be connected.
• If you need a Callback to be received on another number, simply put the word "Callback " to trigger a callback to a number that you specify. For instance, "Callback 6562807994 8612345678 " will trigger a callback to Singapore 62807994 and then connect you to China 12345678. Take note that you need to specify the Country and City codes in front of the mobile or fixed line number that is receiving the Callback response. Also, the SMS Callback command has to be made from a registered mobile phone.
• If you want to talk to more people then you can do conferencing as well. For instance, sending "Conference with 6512345678 8612345678" will call back your mobile phone number, then contact you with Singapore 12345678 and China 12345678.
• f you don't want a conference back on your mobile phone, but on an alternative line (maybe your office), then replace the "with" with the number you want to be called back on, so, for instance: "Conference 6512345678 31101234567 13126665555, will call you back on Singapore 12345678, then connect you to Netherlands (0)10 1234567 and USA (312) 666 5555. You can connect up to 10 parties.

The account of your mobile phone will be billed for all your Callback call-legs.
