Cellular Callback is used when a caller needs to be called back within national boundaries. The configuration is very different from international callback. A cellular callback is validated by CLI as the caller is not dialling over an international boundary. The example shown below shows the call flow of a cellular call back call.

To trigger the callback with your registered mobile phone, simply call our +6562489000 or +6597311359 and wait for our system to hang up. If you are overseas and our system either asks for a PIN or doesn't hang up the call, your caller-id doesn't get through. In that case use SMS callback from that location. Once you receive a call back on your mobile phone the system will ask you to enter your destination number, enter it WITH countrycode, so for Singapore, include the 65.

Your savings, even when roaming can be considerable as you only have to pay your mobile provider the roaming charges for incoming calls, which is usually about 1/2 the price of an outgoing roaming charge. The charge from Aglow will merely be your rate to your mobile phone (a local call if you use a Singapore mobile phone) + our destination country rate.

In many (95% of the) cases this system will also work for overseas registered mobile phones, so if you have an overseas SIM card you will save substantially more, depending on the mobile rates in that country.
