When your fax or modem is equipped to use Aglow network we will automatically receive your long distance faxes and send them down our specialized Fax Superhighway at speeds much faster than you could normally achieve. We manage your faxes from your desk to the point of ultimate delivery.

Joining the Fax Superhighway costs nothing. We come to you and fit an auto-dialer to your fax machines or modems. This powerful device is supplied free of charge and we will install it for free. It will automatically detect any long distance fax calls that you make. Then, simply dial the destination fax number, hear the fax tone and walk away! We do the rest.

What Managed Fax Gives You

When your fax enters the Aglow network, we dial the destination number and deliver your fax automatically. Your fax transmission is recorded on a report which is sent to you, again automatically. If the destination machine is busy, out of paper or not answering for some other reason our "Auto-Retry" system will continue to dial on your behalf... upto 6 times. If the number still does not respond, one of two things will happen:

• for faxes in the same time zone we will advise you to try another number within 30 minutes (on average), or
• for faxes in another time zone, we will hold the fax and automatically deliver to the destination at the commencement of the business hours of the recipient.
